As an Employer, you are able to register and search the candidate database free of charge.
However, to request to view candidate contact details, you will need to purchase tokens (which constitute pre-paid credit). One token costs R 399.00 incl. VAT and ONE token buys you ONE set of candidate contact details.
Once you have found a suitable CV and the candidate ACCEPTS your request for contact details, a token will be debited from your account. You will then have one week to contact the candidate in order to be protected by our reimbursement policy.
Any of the following issues would constitute a valid reimbursement request:
A dispute is only valid if you log a support ticket within one week of the contact request having been accepted by the candidate. One of the above criteria must be true for you to have the token credited back to your account. Crediting a token may result in the candidate being black listed if found guilty of misrepresentation.
